    Before I begin my sharing here, I would like to deeply thank THAC TEAM from my whole being.
    In 2025 I thought many times over to experience the thac lunches or salads, looking at the recipe names, it sure would light up an inner spark to create these dishes with the core foundations of preparing food that THAC has laid out for us in through their immersions.
    And I did order the thac lunches and salads end of this year – 2025.
    I am in awe and just blown away with the flavours, the tastes of every single dish on the daily menu.
    I had one of the best Undhiyos in my life until now, the Dum biryani, again one of the best Dum biryani’s, the flavours, the creaminess, the spices.
    I would eagerly wait in the afternoon hours for the dabba to arrive. Upon its arrival, everyone at home would be peering over the dishes, with wide eyes, curiosity and a salivating mouth.

    The textures, the flavours, the detailings! And behind the scenes process, so much, so much of work, care, pure intentions would be going in preparing these dishes. The energy, love and care was felt through in every food element.
    This was high prana food indeed. And how the body, mind, heart, spirit felt after having this food for 8 days straight. I could feel the difference in tangible and intangible ways.

    And what it did for us as a family! We were already inspired and planning our evening meals and salads. We recreated as many dishes from the 8 days, and then added our own creative spark – as THAC teams says – we all are fantastic cooks – ALL of US.

    Since December 2024, my close friend and I have been ordering the THAC lunch and we are so happy – the food is so fresh and tasty that we barely notice how very nutritious it is. It is easily the highlight of our day.

    Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat healthy, not compromise on taste and may not have the time, energy or resources to make THAC quality food on a regular basis.

    When does the lunch service resume this June?!

    This note is to appreciate everyone efforts for making the lunch idea a super hit for us
    Its been my first experience with the tiffin service,so really appreciate the efforts of everyone,from the people who have created the menu,introduced to us via mail,the introduction itself makes us introspect about the various laws of nature,the physics of ingredients,the chemistry of the nutrition and the results on the biology of the person,makes us crave for such indulgence.
    And when after the wait,we receive our lunchbox,its like being received from a five star restaurant,packed with so much of love and nutrition,loaded with all the crunch,makes the food more appealing for the lunch
    So many thanks to all those concerned who made this week 
    A real celebration even before the Diwali celebrations could begin

    This has reference to today’s lunch just being honest paying 450 fir a dal chawal lunch was a bit much. Besides thus kind of dal is absolutely home made normal dal. Dint see the value in this one. A tomatoe salad was also sad. Half a tomato????

    Kindly be a bit more innovative and considerate about value for money. Even tomorrow’s lunch seems expensive.

     I feel your quantity, taste and innovation need a lot thought and care. This seems like a commercial pack with no effort.

    Being honest you may not like it but it’s true.

      Please find below the details :

      DRY PEANUT POWDER
      A dry roasted blended mix with jeera and chillies to enhance the natural nuttiness of peanuts. Use as subsitute for bread crumbs on a pattice, or use liberally with steamed roots and veggie sticks.

      GOMASIO
      Made from roasted sesame, red chilli and salt. Adds a crunchy flavour to salads. Perfect as a quick fix. Goes well as a seasoning for stir-frys.

      SARASWAT CHUTNEY
      A speciality from the Western coastline of India, with a multi-purpose twist. Use as a wet dip or chutney for an aloo tikki or raw veggie sticks. Or as a dry powder for wraps or steamed veggies. Garlic, red chillies, tamarind, copra and a touch of jaggery make this rich robust chutney powder.

      HERB SALT
      Regional high altitude herbs spices and salt, pounded together by the women in the Himalayan region. Our very own ‘chaat masala’ – goes well with raita, salad and steamed root vegetables.

    I have been ordering from Thac Kitchen several times over the COVID and must say I never get enough of it… my 8 yr old daughter also loves your food and keen to have the lasagna again and again.. you bring health and nutrition to our table and I am grateful for the thought and effort you put into each meal.

    I ordered lunch and dinner this month. The Sindhi kadi tasted nothing like a Sindhi kadi. Actually this times combination was not great at all. Most of the food was rather bland and tasteless. Today’s Thai food everything else was nice except the Thai curry itself it dint have the Thai taste at all. There was no coconut milk taste.

      What can we say?
      Taste is personal – and we recognise that some dishes are going to be liked more than others…which can keep changing according to one’s likes and dislikes and past associations with that dish.

      Which is also why the purpose of providing these offerings in the THAC KITCHEN, is to definitely put the focus and attention into aspects apart from personal taste…which is ensuring that enzymes are not destroyed, nutrient density is high, cooking methods are correct, fresh ingredients are always used, and to offer a variety of cuisines.

      So that on days that the taste meter feels low for some, all the other aspects in the meal, (which includes no processed or refined foods) can help to balance the overall experience.

    Hello THAC team ,I tried the salad / snacks for the first time and absolutely loved it. Amazing meals … excellent presentation and so yummy . It goes on to break the myth that healthy can’t be tasty . I look forward for the next time and have 2 more people wanting it…. ,!!!

    I love the experience of the meals – the box, the delicious food, the notes… The delivery boys are also friendly and co-operative. Great job to the whole team for pulling all this together given the constraints. I have so many questions when I taste the food, I’m remembering my 3 day workshop and waiting for the time I can learn and experience everything in a real kitchen again! Thank you THAC team πŸ™‚

    A foodie like me could eat to my heart’s content without bothering about the calorie intake.

    Exceptionally delicious food which is healthy too is THAC teams’ USP. Not just the main course of a cuisine, but also the salads and desserts are mouth-watering!

    And ofcourse, can’t miss the best part: The Scroll – Love the way the menu is laid down with well-researched facts and creatively cooked recipes.

    All in all, love their food and will not prefer to skip a single meal from THAC kitchen.

    The food is made with so much love. It feels that so much creative energy has been put in every element of the dinner service. The packaging is on point too! Love the note that comes with meal, so creatively written, from the history of the dishes/cuisine to how it’s magically made at thac kitchen with so much love !

    During the lockdown everyone learnt something and I learnt how to cook after almost 2 decades!

    So when THAC announced its dinner service, my first reaction was respite from cooking for two nights as my cook was not yet back and I embraced it with joy, but as the months passed ( my cook joined back too) I have started to love the diff cuisines brought from all over the world with so much generosity.

    Meal portions are sufficient to satiate yet feel light in the stomach, variety and the colors is so pleasing to the eyes that we actually eat with all our senses.

    And most importantly it is guilt free indulgence. I could never think that dal makhani can be made the way it was made, from Mexican to Burmese, to South Indian to North Indian, THAC kitchen has covered it all.

    …Coming from THAC the trust is supreme. We have hardly ordered food from outside but from THAC.

    There were a few glitches initially with some desert or the delivery timings but the kitchen took all the suggestions/ feedback seriously and really saw to it that it delivers what it had promised and smoothened every thing.

    I particularly love the notes that come with every meal, informative yet written so creatively and with a dash of humor that I look forward to receiving them ….”love notes” I call them. We also try to decipher how is a particular dish made and for some we leave to the specialists πŸ™‚

    Somehow I feel that food is made and packed with so much love that despite being a commercial service it does not feel so ….it really feels that a friend has sent a meal over.

    Thanks a lot to the wonderful team of the THAC kitchen .

    I feel the different cuisines are something that we all want to try. And by making these cuisines healthier, THAC is giving us exactly what we want. Food that doesn’t compromise on flavour, variety and most importantly on health.

    Kudos to the team for being creative and reinventing the existing cuisines. I really love this approach and I hope they continue to innovate more in the coming year.
