THAC KITCHEN APRIL 2022 - SAVE THE DATES

Wellness Greetings!
 
We can say its dazzling sunlight- or merely heat…
Whichever way, April urges us to cool down, take frequent pauses and just slip away to lighter refreshing shady spots for reverie.
 
No where else does it matter as much as when it comes to rest and respite- DIGESTIVELY.
As they say, take care of your gut, and all else falls into place, quietly, efficiently.
 
We do this by:
Keeping the meals light & playful by creatively "dressing up" the dishes.
Provide the variety that the gut microbiome needs to thrive.
Reiterate with every dish, that good taste doesn’t have to cost more.
To help recognise that real hunger and thirst can be easily satiated with correct food that places no burden on our internal organs.
And bring home the fact, that comfort food itself is a luxury- one that soothes and calms the senses and the gut.
 
And so THAC KITCHEN brings to you April Offerings of:
- A DINNER ON 13 WEDNESDAY
- A SALAD & SNACK BAR from
               18-22 APRIL/MON-FRI
- A LUNCH PACKAGE from
              25-29 APRIL/MON-FRI

The Menu & Bookings for the Salad & Snack Bar will follow soon, in a day or two.
Bookings for the Lunch Package will open next week.

The month of March brings with it Spring - brimming with new growth, subtle fresh scents and bright colours.
A little more blue in the sky, green on the ground as freshness abounds.
 
All of which provide the touch and inspiration, to bring these colours to the table.  To reawaken and please our senses.  To play with fragrant ingredients. To mix and match, and make digestion - "something to look forward to" with each day's curations. The month of MARCH invites us all to do this.
 
"Fill your plate with the colours of the rainbow. What pleases the eye, pleases the body."
 
And so here are the Dates for THAC KITCHEN offerings for this month of  March:

THAC KITCHEN FEB 2022 - Save the dates

Wellness Greetings!
 
If January was all about “improving our health”,  the month of February is all about putting this into the all important “P” of Practise.
(With Pleasure in tow of course!)  
Practise in turn depends upon Frequency.
The more often we do something, the more regularly we Plan (another “P”!!),
The smoother is the transition into turning it into a Habit.
The Habit of pleasurable Practise.
 
And so the THAC KITCHEN offerings for February,
Builds on Frequency - with 2 Lunch packages, at the start & end of the month.
Puts into play the practise of eating smart, by skipping grain and keeping it all non-cereal, clean & green -
With the Salad & Snack Bar Week.
And takes along instant gratification with the 2 celebratory Dinners.

THAC KITCHEN JAN 2022 - Save the dates

Wellness Greetings! 
With wishes of well-being and peace for the year ahead.
 
“Improving our health”, has become one of the top 5 new year resolutions of 2022. The pandemic has certainly brought into every home the value of a resilient  well functioning immune system and good health.
 
To ensure that this resolution does not evaporate by January 19th (known as Quitters Day-when most people quit their resolutions), the THAC Kitchen offers 3 different nourishment opportunities to sustain this resolution. Starting off with this month-January 2022.
 
- There is inbuilt nutritional value in every item of the Menu (because it adds significance and meaning to your resolution towards good health.)
- There is a mix of the old and the new (because resolutions are not so much about doing something new, but re-imagining the old to make it do-able.)
- Each offering is curated to make small behavioural changes in the way we select, prepare and eat food (because only small consistent daily changes, can make the grand-er resolution of “improving our health”, a reality.)
- There is a generous helping of Vitamin P -the Pleasure quotient (because if it isn’t enjoyable, it adds to the numbers on Quitters Day!) And only pleasure and enjoyment delivers on long term persistence.
 
And so, the THAC Kitchen announces with flourish and hope:
